In 2023, I was brought in to lead operations and business development for a growing healthcare clinic in Lethbridge. What started as business development quickly became something much bigger — building a full multidisciplinary integrated health centre from the ground up. Family medicine, wellness, dermatology, advanced aesthetics, and a pharmacy division. All under one roof. On a skeleton crew.
The vision was massive. The team was not.
I found it because I had no other choice.

The reality: I didn't lack skill. I didn't lack strategy. I lacked hours. So I stopped trying to manage my time better and started asking a different question: What if I didn't have to do all of this myself?
Big visions have always been my weakness.
Eighty hours a week, minimum. Two kids. A life I refused to sacrifice. And zero interest in burning out — but also zero option to walk away.
Today I'm still leading that healthcare ecosystem — and I've since launched Stiefeld Boots Canada, the official Canadian home of Stiefeld Boots. Two demanding, completely different operations. One person. One system that makes both possible.

When I'm not building AI-powered systems or teaching other women to do the same, you'll find me deep in a business challenge I probably shouldn't have said yes to — but did anyway, because big visions are my weakness and I've made peace with that.
I'm a mom of two kids who move faster than any system I've built. I believe a full life and an ambitious business aren't mutually exclusive — that's not just something I say, it's something I live.
And I'm quietly building multiple things that I’m really proud of, because apparently one ambitious project is never enough.
